Artificial Intelligence Lesson 4 of 8
Day 3: Create Images and Visual Assets with AI
40:00 7 Days of AI Video Generation
Generate, compare, and refine still visuals that follow your storyboard and maintain a coherent look across the project.
Lesson notes
Treat generation as an iterative creative process. Start from one storyboard scene, specify the visual elements that matter, and generate a small number of alternatives. Review results against your brief instead of choosing an image just because it looks impressive.
What you'll learn
- Describe subject, action, setting, composition, and style in prompts
- Generate alternatives and select assets against your brief
- Keep characters, colours, and environments visually consistent
Make prompts concrete
Describe the subject, what they are doing, where they are, the framing, the lighting, and the visual style. Add details that support the story and leave out details that compete with it.
Check the result before you keep it
Look for unwanted text, inconsistent details, distorted objects, inappropriate imagery, and visual elements that undermine the message. Regenerate or revise the prompt where needed.
Practice exercise
Generate one storyboard scene
Choose a scene from your storyboard, generate a few image options, and save the one that best matches your subject, composition, and visual direction.
Hint: Change one or two prompt details per iteration so it is clear which change improved the result.
